What it is
Most EVP projects either never get started or end up as something generic that nobody uses. The EVP Strategy Workshop cuts through that. In one focused day we map the Compass Method to your organisation - your culture, your competition for talent, your ideal employee, and how your industry is perceived.
You don't need to have done anything on EVP before. You just need to show up ready to think honestly about your organisation and your people.
The workshop is designed for organisations with internal capability to drive execution. You leave with everything you need - the framework, the research plan, the templates, and the roadmap. The 30-day email support means I'm there if you get stuck.
How it works
Pre-workshop preparation
Before the day, I send you a brief preparation pack covering what to bring and who to involve. No heavy lifting required - just a clear picture of where you are today.
Compass Method mapping
We work through each of the four compass points together - North (culture), South (competition), East (ideal employee), West (social climate). Building an honest picture of where you are and where you need to go.
Research and territory planning
We build your research plan - who to interview, what to look for externally, how to analyse competitor positioning. You leave knowing exactly what research you need and how to do it.
90-day roadmap
We close with a clear, prioritised 90-day plan. Research phase, EVP development, messaging matrix, internal rollout. You know what happens next and who does it.
30-day support
After the workshop you have 30 days of email support. If you get stuck, have a question, or want a second opinion on something - I'm there.
