Discovery and scoping
We agree the full scope, timeline, and stakeholder access needed. I provide a detailed project plan and take ownership of the process from this point.
Research and discovery (Days 1-30)
Stakeholder interviews across leadership, long-tenure employees, recent hires, and HR. Competitor analysis, Glassdoor review, social climate research. Findings synthesised into key insights per compass point.
EVP development and validation (Days 31-60)
Territory hypotheses developed and presented to leadership. EVP direction agreed. EVP line and narrative drafted, refined, and validated. Findings report delivered.
Messaging and implementation (Days 61-90)
Complete messaging matrix built with pillars, supporting stories, employee quotes, and proof points. Internal rollout plan and activation timeline. HR and TA briefing.
Handover and creative (if required)
Full handover of all materials. Creative development available as an additional workstream for organisations that need the EVP brought to life visually - employer brand assets, campaign creative, recruitment marketing materials.
