The problem

Most leadership communication training teaches presentation skills.

This workshop focuses on something harder and more valuable - how to say the right thing, to the right people, in a way that actually lands. Not a script. Not a set of slides to read from. A framework for thinking clearly and communicating with confidence.

The most common gap identified in EVP work is the space between what an organisation says it stands for and what its managers actually say to their teams. This workshop closes that gap.

Two separate workshops are available - one for managers, one for leaders - with different content, different exercises, and different outcomes suited to each audience.

The workshop is available in two delivery models. Both produce the same outcome - the choice depends on your preference and the scale at which you want to run it.

Steve facilitates the workshop for your team. Half day or full day depending on audience size and depth required. Works well as a standalone engagement or as part of EVP work where a communications gap has been identified.

Train the Trainer - licensed for internal delivery

Steve trains your L&D team to deliver both workshops internally. A full day with your facilitators covering the framework, the exercises, and how to adapt the content for different audiences. Includes all materials and a one-year licence for internal use.

Materials licence only

For experienced L&D teams who are confident facilitators. Includes the full facilitator guide, participant workbooks, and slide decks for one or both workshops. Internal use only.
